About Me
- I am married and have three kids, ages 9, 14, and 18.
- I was a teacher and coach for 17 years.
- I am a history geek
- I like to think I have a good sense of humor :)
- My counseling experience includes Texoma Community Center, Fannin County Children's Advocacy Center, and ConnectLife Counseling.
Why I Became a Therapist
Throughout my life, I struggled with depression, anxiety, substance use issues, grief, and self-worth struggles. When I finally decided to get help, I experienced a life transformation. I felt the call to help others the way I was helped!!
