About Me

• I have 3 kids
• I was a teacher and coach for 17 years. 
• I am a history geek 
• I like to think I have a good sense of humor :p
• My counseling experience includes Texoma Community Center, Fannin County Children's Advocacy Center, and ConnectLife Counseling. 

Throughout my life, I have struggled with many issues including depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, grief, and low self-worth. When I finally decided to get help, I experienced a life transformation. I felt the call to help others the way I was helped!!
